Dear Visitor
No business survives over the long term if it can’t change. But, human nature being what it is, fundamental change is often resisted mightily. Thus, leading change is both absolutely essential and incredibly difficult.
Perhaps nobody understands organizational change better than retired Harvard Business School professor John P. Kotter. In a landmark article, originally published in 1995, he outlines eight critical success factors for organisational change. Kotter’s vocabulary has entered the lexicon. 15 years later, his work on leading change remains definitive.
Any organisation embarking on the implementation of an enterprise system, such as PSNext, need to be aware of the principles outlined by Prof. Kotter. Click here to enter your e-mail address. This will allow us to instantly e-mail the article to you.
