Feedback from the Executive Breakfast with Rob Shuter, Southern Sun Grayston, 6th October 2009

MPS recently held an Executive Breakfast at the Southern Sun Grayston. The guest speaker was Rob Shuter speaking on the topic of the execution of strategic initiatives.

Rob shared the experience and insights he had gained on this crucial subject whilst MD of Nedbank Retail, an organisation employing more than 16,000 people. Rob led a team that successfully managed a complex turnaround strategy over the last 5 years.

Rob mentioned during his talk that off all the tools Nedbank evaluated, PSNext was the only solution that could do exactly what they wanted, and which they could not have done without.
