EASY TO TRACK TIME ON YOUR PROJECTS

PSNext offers a complete process for tracking projects based on user-defined needs. Each project can select from several available tracking methods, providing great flexibility in updating progress.

1 - TIME TRACKING

1 Timesheet Tracking Team members have access to their timesheets via the My Work component. The timesheets display all assigned tasks across multiple projects. Team members enter actual and remaining hours for each task assignment and submit their timesheets to their manager for review.

2 - TIME APPROVAL2 Tick Bubble

Using the Approvals component, resource managers can approve or reject the time entries and/or calendar requests posted by their team members.

3 - PROJECT PROGRESS 3 Progress Gantt

Project managers can apply their team member actuals to their project plan to review the impact of the changes. PSNext provides graphic indicators that aid in determining which updates differ with the current plan. The project manager can reject updates even if they have been approved by the resource managers, thereby initiating a rework process. As an aid in what if analysis, the project manager can instantly undo and redo applied updates to see the effect on the project.

4 - COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS, PROJECT MANAGERS AND LINE MANAGERS

4 Notes Dialogue Team members are easily able to communicate with line managers and project managers using the notes and daily notes.
