  • Thanks for an excellent User Conference yesterday. The one thing that became very apparent is the fact that most PSNext implementations was met with resistance by persons not willing to change. It also came out clearly that, to overcome this resistance, implementation of PSNext must be taken in small steps, with the initial workload placed on project managers restricted to a minimum. As PMs become familiar with its functionality and recognise the opportunities offered by PSNext, specifically wrt knowing what is happening on a project, online and on-time reporting, they will gradually progress from resisting, to requiring more functions. – Hennie Briedenhann, PILOG.
